Services
- Account Setup - There is no charge when setting up an account with Genome Resources. Just contact us with your doctor's name or clinic contact information and we will be happy to get you started.
- Phone Consulting - Genome Resources values our clients and knows how important it is to speak to people you feel comfortable with. We pride ourselves on our friendly and outstanding consultations and do our best to address any and all questions or concerns that you might have. Whether you are uncertain about a donor or have questions about the process, we will take the time to talk with you in depth and provide you with answers.
- Photo Matching - If you wish to match a donor's physical traits to a particular individual, we will be happy to suggest a donor that we feel best fits your criteria, based upon pictures that you provide us. With a diverse and large selection of donors we are sure that your needs can be closely matched.
- Stat Orders - If you call us today by 1pm Indiana time, and need a specimen by tomorrow, we will ship the order out to you at no additional charge. We understand that with different ovulation cycles, some orders need to be shipped at once and we are more than happy to accommodate our clients.
- Canceled Orders - If you have placed an order that has not been shipped, we will cancel your order with no additional cancellation fees.
- Shipping - Semen specimens can be held in the dry shippers for 7-10 days at no additional charge to coincide with therapy and ovulation cycles.
- Extended Donor Profiles - We will be happy to provide you with up to three extended donor profiles free of charge. After the first three, each additional profile is $15.
